Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer 60 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway.
Delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, drawn up with the appropriate accounting documents within the time frame established by law.

Delivery is carried out: by road transport to the buyer's warehouse (the diagram is attached);

Products must be properly packed and protected from damage

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of a commercial proposal, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permits documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.

The winner of the tender procedure is determined, subject to the consent of the signing of the model contract without controversy. The winner will be determined according to the following criteria:

2. Optimal delivery time for products;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier reliability

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
